So, after 1 pm we can go over to the other park. After 1 pm are we allowed to hop back and forth between parks? I can't find this info anywhere. Thanks.

It's likely that the question won't be able to be answered for rock-solid certain until the day you're at the DLR. The reasons include Disney's notorious inability to keep all departments and employees up-to-date on the latest policy decision (which is why different CMs give different answers); and the probability that in the fluid situation of reopening, any existing policy decision may need to be revised (which is why the same CMs give different answers on different days).
Add the time it takes for the management bureaucracy to decide on policy revisions and get them approved by top management, plus the reluctance of anyone to make a decision without approval from higher management, and you have a "perfect storm" condition for customer confusion."Disneyland is often called a magic kingdom because
it combines fantasy and history, adventure and learning,
together with every variety of recreation and fun,
designed to appeal to everyone."

I'm also curious how parking and entering Disneyland will be. I know they are a limited capacity, but I'll bet nearly every one of those with reservations will be trying to get in by 9am, to maximize their day.

I would surprised if not shocked if they did not let you return to original park. One thing to consider though it the likelihood of DLR hitting the new reduced capacity within an hour after 1pm I feel is very likely with half of DCA likely heading over to DL between 1-2pm. For those that enjoy DCA this maybe the best time in DCA's history for those always wanting a near empty DCA as I feel this might be the case after 1PM. Especially with like half of those in of those in attendance lined up for either RSR, TSMM or GotG once the hoppers vacate the park.Disneyland Fan since the 70's

The more I think about this the more I feel about 99% certain they will let you return to the park you started at as the reality is you have a ticket for entry to that park and returning would be no different than if you arrived later etc. I think the reason they make you select a starting park is to allow them to better adjust the amount of tickets available so after 1pm they do not overrun DL which would force them to stop allowing hoppers from DCA to cross over which would create a bit of an issue. Also if they do hit this capacity point for those that started at DL and then go over to DCA at least they got the first third of the day in DL.
I remember once during the 60th the parks his capacity when we were there and we decided to leave because it was ridiculous and we were over being in a constant crowd especially with lil one's. On the way out the CM told us if we left we might not be able to return as the park was at capacity. We were headed home so it did not matter by then.Last edited by Starcade; 04-29-2021, 08:22 AM.Disneyland Fan since the 70's
