[Question] DL Railroad only Boarding at ToonTown ?

I've heard that as well. Because of social distancing regulations, and because people aren't getting off the train, the lines at all the stations are moving VERY slowly. To solve this, they're making it so that you can only board at one station, and you have to do the full, circle tour of the park, and then you're forced to get off at Toon Town. Until social distancing goes away (hopefully on June 15th), this is how the train will work.

Yes. It's true. They are only running one train right now, so by making everyone get off at Toontown they can load an empty train each time. You can get off before Toontown, but that's the only place to board.

Odd they chose to do this at Toon Town station but I believe it may have to do with access needing less ramps etc.

Yup...that sure is the case. Was just there this week and we tried to board in NOS and they said it only boards in TT?? Because that makes a lot of sense

I must admit, I completely forgot about trying to board the DLRR when I was there on Wednesday. I knew it shut down early, but we were too busy doing everything else and it slipped my mind.

I can understand why they would not want to have another huge line winding its way around NOS. The HM line already does its usual through the fountain area, and POTC is an even bigger monstrosity of a line. Maybe they believe they have more room to manage the line over in ToonTown since it can stretch up towards the Fantaslyland Theatre?

yeah, I imagine they are running the queue through the Fantasyland Theater to keep it both shaded and out of the way.
