Has anyone successfully made sit down reservations lately (through the app without a third party notifier)? I was poking around at 7am this morning to see what I could book for upcoming trip, and locations would show up fine. The issue was securing the spot. I would go through the process and when I would try to confirm the reservation it would say there was an error and to try again. When I refreshed they would no longer be available. I tried this for multiple days across two months and even restarted the app. Has anyone else been experiencing this? Do we know what’s causing it?

Nope, even in the park it wasn't working.
We just were there from Sun-Tue for a last minute, spur of the moment birthday trip for myself. We tried getting into Jazz Kitchen Sunday night and it just kept either giving us an error or saying nothing was available all day. Yet, we walked up to the counter and got seated within 20 minutes.

I would done the same......... I just walked up to the counter !
But ,I just feel this over all GAME.....Disney is playing....is going end up hurting them self......
Such as Phone orders....only and Restaurant Reservations
....Going back Fire.................Disney name is all ready getting Tarnished Reputation !

I don't know if it's some kind of "shenanigans" based on day tix vs key holder. Top tier key vs lower tiers. Or if capacity is that limited.
We've been to the parks 5 times since they reopened. 3 on the SoCal tickets. 2 on our Dream Key. We've been to Carthay 4 of those 5 times. The first 3 reservations while holding the SoCal tix were ez to make, mid-day, on the 60th day. Nothing available on the 4th day (key). Nothing for the 5th day (key). Used an outside service. They came up with MULTIPLE available reservations, which we snagged. Used an outside service for Nov. 22nd. Nothing available on the DLR site, but they found multiple reservations.
My conspiracy antennae are vibrating!

My trip is at the end of November and there is zero dining reservations available anywhere, not even Downtown Disney. I'm thankful I was able to book Catal and Ballast Point through Open Table at least. And maybe since I'll be a party of one, I can hopefully get something at either Lamplight or Carthay, fingers crossed!

But.......Most lightly ,It not going be a table you want.
And Myself I would not ,use the reservation system,
I would walk up in person....and see there any place to fit , a single person !
You may be surprise......if ask the right person.

So this morning I logged into the website instead and was able to book a Carnation breakfast, and a Carthay and Lamplight lunch! Very excited!!
