It's not something I'd be interested in personally or think is a good idea but if it's something you want to see happen then definitely watch the heck out of the special when it hits D+. If the Hollywood Reporter article about Chapek being so data-driven is accurate, then a massive amount of views would likely help convince the folks in charge of making stuff like that a reality.Last edited by Blurr; 10-06-2021, 02:54 PM.

Well, I think it's a forgone conclusion that the Muppets will make their way into the HM at some point. Personally, I'm not a fan of changing rides during the seasons. However, with that said, I find the Muppets a lot less offensive than Nightmare Before Christmas.
As for the movie itself, it looks cute and it'll most likely be enjoyable. Looking forward to watching it.Peter Pan & Wendy Looks Amazing!
We need another Walt...and fast!

My family and I really enjoyed the Muppets Haunted Mansion movie. It was very cute, a little spooky and had plenty of actual HM references including an event that has most likely happened to all of us while riding the attraction!
That being said, I have no desire to see an actual Muppet Overlay in the attraction.Big Thunder Ranch > Galaxys Edge

That would be amazing, because really The Muppets are awesome! The photo op at Downtown Disney had alot of guests openly commenting about the overall lack of Muppets. But... there's already one LONG Haunted Mansion overlay. So I can see this possibility being introduced in one of the other parks around the world. And not to be controversial (this would never happen, but...), Muppets Haunted Mansion would fit perfectly at WDW because of the Muppets "show" in Liberty Square @ MK and Muppet Vision @ HS. Just sayin!

The Muppets are awesome but I feel Disney has neglected and miss managed that franchise for too long and agree they need to sell it back to the Hensons completely so they can bring them back to their previous glory. I feel the same about the Simpsons as well. Disney has spread it self too thin and simply hasn't proven they can handle so many IP's within their umbrella. Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and Disney are enough for them beyond that then tend to neglect and miss manage.Disneyland Fan since the 70's
