    Total 'Blue Sky' and without regards to a BoD, engineering realities, or 'financials';

    Do away with tiered admission and ditch all AP programs. Instead have ticket specials at random 'offseason' times of the year to boost attendance; ie buy 4 days get an additional day free, 'geographical' special tickets, birthday tickets (remember those?). Or do some kind of capped 'per year' reduced priced admission with a minimum of 12 and a maximum of no more than 36 admissions renewable every 12 months, with blockouts. And no 'stacking' old passes with renewals, it would be either 'use or lose' or 'make up the difference', ie if I have 6 visits left at renewal I can buy up to 30 'new days' giving me a total of no more than 36 visits in any 12 month period.

    Either massively lower capacity or keep the reservation system. Doing away with any kind of AP program should make it more manageable and at least a bit easier to get reservations.

    Scrap Genie & LL/ILL. Go to MaxPass only (no free FP) with the rides and rules as before with an option to pay 'LL+' to walk on a ride. So you could standby, MP, or opt to pay an extra fee. And by 'walk on' I mean you go immediately to the head of the line, bypassing standby and any MP line that may exist. I know, not many people would probably pay for it, but at WDW the FP+ line for FoP could end up being 1/2 hour wait and I've heard that there are hour + waits for RotR with a boarding pass, so I suppose some people might do it.

    Increase CM pay and benefits, including pensions. Go back to the 'old' Disney training schemes.

    Gut TL (pretty much) and bring back TL67. Keep SM, of course. But Buzz and ST need to go elsewhere. 'Nemo' goes bye bye and 'original' subs come back. Put in another FL/TL skyway, build an 'extension' to DCA (hey, they did it at WDW, ours could have smaller gondolas). And fix those bobsleds, put shocks on them or something!

    Cap on senior executive bonuses tied 'somehow' to the wages paid lower level CMs and the CPI.

          Gambling? That's the best he can do?

          IF he goes 'that way' I agree with Eagleman that it'll be '21+' casinos on the cruise ships to entice adult (with no kids) 'cruisers'. Another possibility is sports betting being tied in somehow with ESPN.

          IDK, would a sports network be allowed to have 'interests' in betting on sports?

            I guess we're all doing fanfic building deals and not selling this to shareholders?

            I will say I think some of the brand reshuffling ideas are valid. Even if it wasn't sellbacks I think Disney could do to shift ALL of Marvel's rights into one pool which they're mostly doing but they could stand to sort a few of their other purchased divisions rights into more streamlined sub companies.

            Even if they owned Marvel I'd just let Marvel films carry Marvel branding without muddling the Disney brand in it and the same for former Fox productions.

            Everyone else has the idea of removing annual passes. For me I'd just wish to expand park capacity with a third park even one that is located a bit away from the current resort. I know that for many will accept no substitute but for me I would desire more Disney and I think at least some of the demand can be offset if Disney would build equally engaging parks. DCA always struggles with image issues from its initial launch but I think a well focused design could work.

            I also wish they'd do more with the interactive ideas they have for the park. I wish there were actual effects and unlockables for the Star Wars interactive data pad that meant something. I also think that a Toontown refresh that included some AR games and effects would be a great compliment for Runaway railway.

              I feel sports betting would be the start, and lead into other's area of betting
              such as casinos........
