The interactive viewmaster is a lot of fun. The vehicles are trippy looking. I figured that the spring action guns would be mounted. I'll certainly be trigger happy when I go on my target shooting frenzies!
To Boldly Go Where No MiceChatter Has Gone Before!
I love how the toy blocks spell out "RIDE DL," and when you put your cursor over it the caption says "Ride the new attraction at Disneyland Resort." Once again DCA, the park-who-must-not-be-named, is never mentioned!
Since when do the names have to correspond anyhow? There are four different incarnations of names for the five Buzz Lightyear attractions.
No kidding. The only reason for having the rides keep the same name is because it'll be easier to tote them around in press releases (no need to have confusion with the same ride having two different names) and I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot of Toy Story Mania! merch with the logos from both Disneyland AND Walt Disney World on them.
Cheaper, easier, done!
In case the site disappears for some reason (Disney works in mysterious ways sometimes).. here are the images from the site of the ride vehicles and the concept art:
Are those interior shots with the vehicles in the actual showbuilding or a testing warehouse?
Forget 'Great Moments With Mr. Lincoln,' Samantha Brown is Disney's most sophisticated animatronic. ________________________________________
