How to wash MSEP light up sweater?

I got one of the MSEP light up sweaters and would like to know how I’m supposed to wash it. Every source says that it comes with instructions, but I can’t find any

If I would have to guess, probably take it to a dry cleaners and have them check it out. You'd be surprised on how knowledgeable some of those places can be with it comes to certain pieces of clothes
