  • Parking Lot Question off-Harbor

Speaking of the Parking Lot off Harbor (not sure name of street) that doesn't offer Tram service. Is parking there FREE for guest?

I can't say for sure, but the last time I parked there it was for free. I'd guess so.

I think you are talking about Pummba, which is located on Disney Way, just east of Harbor Blvd.

The only time that Disney offers free parking at that lot is if they are working on the entrance to Timon, and want to get cars to avoid the area.

Since that is not currently happening, you have to pay, just like any other lot. $11, or show your AP that has a parking pass.

I know that some MiceChatters prefer to use this lot when it is open, easy in and out, not much of a wait, and the walk only takes a few minutes, while the main Parking Structure can take a long time to park, and then get to the Main Entrance.

I have a deluxe annual pass, & it says I can't use the Lion King area. Is this true?

Not really. The only time I've seen CMs enforce the "Mickey and Friends" only rule is when it's VERY crowded. Distance wise, the walk from Pumbaa to the gate is about the same (time and distance) as the back of the structure to the tram stop.

I prefer parking in Pumbaa. I'm not a big fan of the trams.

It does cost $11 to park there, but there is not always someone at the gate if that makes any sense. If you are coming first thing in the morning, you will pay. Around noon or so you have a chance to get in for free.

            Good luck!

So if I enter on Harbor and they have the "Mickey and Friends" only rule in place will they direct me without having to pay to the structure or will they make me park in Timon and pay the $11?
