  • A few Questions

I couldn't find this info when I searched, so I thought I would ask here.

As many of you know, I am here this week visiting NNL, and we have a few DL questions on things I don't want to miss.

1--I am upgrading to a PAP and need to do that on Saturday, as we'll be in DL, Sat, Sun, and Mon. What time do the ticket windows open on Saturday morning? Will I have a chance to get it at least begun before the park opens?

2--What time is the tree lighting in DL? This is my first theme park Christmas, and I am trying to ensure that we do not miss any holiday festivities. I already have the Holidays at Disneyland Tour booked for Sunday, but I want to hit a few other items as well.

3--What time is the castle icicle lighting? I am most curious to see the castle at night, and to see if I can catch some snow in CA as well.

    Thanks to everyone in advance!

    Re: A few Questions

    - According to the operator on the Disneyland info line, the ticket windows open at 7am on Saturday and I think they open at the same time every day.

    - The Christmas tree lighting is at 5 PM

    - Icicle lighting is at 5:30pm, 7:30pm, and 9:25pm according to the lady. That sounds a little wonky to me, maybe she misunderstood my question, but that's the info I got and it most likely is right.

    Have a fun visit, yoyo!

It's okay... I always forget that I can call too, but then I remembered how badly the website sucks. And google didn't even turn up anything! I feel your pain!

If you already have your ticket/AP you can just go to AP processing and upgrade, I believe. Also, you may be able to go to the DCA AP processing center (shorter lines).

I'd recommend watching the first lighting of the castle. It stays lit after that quite a bit longer so the best is to see the first lighting so you can see it actually transform.

            Have fun!

Yeah, our goal is to see the tree lighting, then head over to the castle and get both out of the way at once.

Thanks again for all the replies!
