looking for nice castle pics for desktop

I really think its time to change my old desktop wallpaper and was thinking how cool it would be to have a beautiful big pic of the newly painted castle. But alas I cannot find a nice big clear pic of it anywhere in a daytime shot. Anyone know where I can find one?

I have tried google, not many good angles or any good big clear pics. My screen res is: 1024 X 768 Thanks.

Disneyforever.com had a great shot in their 01/27/05 update of the partners staue and the castle w/lot of great landscaping/colorful flowers in it.

MP has old pics of the castle with the faded paint. Which now that I see the comparison really was quite horrible.
I love that pic mamabot, but I would need it at screen res size... I dont know why, but I can only use desktops from off the internet, so I cant save it and resize it because it wont go on my desktop if its not hosted for some reason. If you could temporarily host it at the right size that would be perfect!

Yay! So glad that you like the picture. It was really just an experiment with my husband's new camera. The park was empty that morning. I think I took the picture around 9:15 am.

I did put my (future) site URL on it, but your taskbar should cover it (it does on mine). And even if it does not, it is still really small :monkey: And save them all now since they will not be stored there for long (I will have a wallpaper section on my site when it does get up).

Ok - if you are anything like me you will have much trouble making up your mind as to what picture to use. I use this great - free - program called Webshots. It has a program where you can use your pictures and it cycles thru them for you. I also have it set up as my screensaver. I have about 25 pics in my collection and my wallpaper changes every 30 minutes and screensaver pics change every 30 seconds. Really cool program - well worth checking out.

I've got a set of photos temporarily available that were taken in November (some Christmas decorations are on the castle). These are un-resized photos from a 5MP camera, so that means they're BIG (around 2MB each) and will take some time to load. If you want to use them, you'll probably want to resize them down to something more managable.

I'll leave them up for a few days.
