[Question] Eden Roc Inn - Anyone??

Okay, another question on hotel quality. Has anyone stayed at the Eden Roc? It's cheap, and I know it's not a top tiered hotel, but I'm wondering if the savings are worth it. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I almost stayed there about 4 years ago before it became the Eden Roc. Thankfully, they were having plumbing issues and sent us to another motel. I say thankfully because once I drove up to the place I didn't want to even go near it... and I'm one who expects very little except basics from a place. I know they've changed hands since, but I have not seen any good reviews of the place.

If you want cheap, try the Quality Inn on Manchester. I've gotten rooms there for around $45 on kayak, and except for some noise from the freeway I've had no problems staying there.
