Just wondering if anyone here has stayed in a Bonita (now Wonder, ugh) Tower corner room at the DL Hotel. I've heard these are suites, but was wondering if anyone could tell me about them, what they featured, and if possible, post some pictures from inside it. I know they have two balconies (one on the front, the regular small ones, and one of the side, bigger, with a table and chairs). Thanks!

Re: Bonita Tower corner rooms
Hmm... I'm not sure, But I do know the Disneyland-side corner rooms on the Sierra (now Dreams) Tower are excellent. One of the greatest moments was waking up at sunrise and seeing the light flood the entire resort, and seeing it transform completely, from Splash Mountain to the MaliBOOMer.

Re: Bonita Tower corner rooms
We spent one night in a two-bedroom suite at the west corner of the Bonita Tower. We didn't like it as much as the suites in the Marina Tower, and the next morning the front desk granted our request to be relocated for the remainder of our vacation.
The west side of the Bonita Tower is noisy, due to the sound of a large air conditioning unit on the roof of an adjacent building. The old windows don't block the noise. The planned upgrade should solve that issue.
The interior doors between the rooms are heavy, spring-loaded fire doors, that close automatically. If you want them propped open, you need to ask for doorstops. But even propped open, the L-shape of the suite makes it harder to move around.
These small details might not bother most people. But we were used to the roomy suites in the upper floors of the Marina Tower.
We've never been assigned a suite in the Sierra Tower. Those are probably nice, especially if you want to upgrade to concierge, since the lounge is in that building.
