Holy smokes.... while working out the gas and stops on our drive down, I learned we could simply fly out of Bellingham Washington Return for 4 of us for under 500. That's roughly what the gas and hotels would have been.

Anyone ever use this company? Alliegance Air.

Not that I'm one who knows a whole lot, but I've never heard of this company. I wouldn't book months in advance, without some kind of backup plan. Your major concern should be that they simply stop flying out of Bellingham in order to save money.

Flying beats the heck out of driving for two whole days (or more).

A co-worker does, and got a great price to LA very recently. Flights are cheap in general now.

For three of my last four Disney trips I flew out of Seattle, instead of YVR. I can't imagine it would be cheaper to drive.

I checked out their website a few weeks ago when I was considering a Disneyland trip for the upcoming weekend. I found they weren't noticeably cheaper than anything I saw on Expedia, but the price difference might be greater during peak seasons.

One problem I noticed with them is that they don't fly every day, so you may have to be a bit flexible on flight times and days.

Yes - we flew with Allegiant out of Bellingham last October. Got a great deal on the flight and MUCH cheaper than flying out of Vancouver. It's a no frills airline, there's no movies to watch, but for the price we got, I certainly am not complaining.

If the price is right and the flight dates/times are agreeable to you then book it!

It's only a 2.5 hour flight, so you wouldn't get a movie anyways. Fly and spend more time down here at Disneyland....well worth it!

My cousin flies on them quite often. They only fly certain days and times but if you're flexible, it's worth it. We live across the Sound from Seattle and Bellingham is a bit of a drive or I'd try them. I found Jet Blue, though, who flew us from Seattle into Long Beach for $69 each way.
