  • [Question] Jolly Roger Hotel?

I just found a really great deal for this hotel...but, it looks too good to be true. Anyone stayed there?

    Re: Jolly Roger Hotel?

I stayed there once a few years ago. I recall it was for the Finding Nemo opening actually.

There are other places in the area that are better. The Jolly Roger wasn't in the greatest of shape when I stayed there, but it was a good deal. If I recall they didn't charge for parking at that time, not sure if that has changed.

Plus it is right across the street from the park, so the walk isn't too bad. Neither is the walk to Gardenwalk, along with a Jolly Roger restaurant next to the hotel and a 7-11 across the street.

Pretty much if you just need a place to sleep at night the Jolly Roger is fine for that.

Stayed there about a year ago. The bathroom was full of mold and the room was filthy. We complained and was told "if you don't like it, try and find a room somewhere else." (All the hotels were full, that's why we ended up there). Never DID get the room cleaned up. Will never stay there again.

Stay away. I had MAJOR reservation cancellation problems with them. (They cancelled my reservation and told me basically "so sorry, so sad.") I couldn't stand it there. Stay the h e double hockey sticks away from Jolly Roger! They are NOT so jolly!

Jolly Roger was the first hotel that I stayed at when my family and I first moved out of California and had to start staying at hotels visiting the resort on all honesty it was not one of the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at and there was even roaches around the pool area.

I still can not believe that Disneyland still sponser that hotel to be a Good Neighbor Hotel. They quoted me on my reservation one price and when I received my bill I was in for a big surprise, they had never told me about the resort fee.

But in all fairness from what I understand they have remodeled all the rooms, I would also go to tripadvisor.com and type in jolly roger in anaheim and get reveiws, goodluck.
