  • [Question] Walk-in access to Mickey and Friends tram

we were looking at staying at one of the hotel/motels northwest of the park. is there walk-in access to the Mickey and Friends tram from the north, I know there is one from the south through the ground level parking lots.

Not really, by the time you have walked over to that tram, you may as well just walk over to the park.

It can be done, but it isn't really signed or marked well.

I've wandered around out there, but not in the last year or two, so plan on it taking a little longer the first day as you figure out the optimum path through - you might have to duck around the Cast Member Driveway entrance gate arms, or find the unmarked pedestrian gap in the fence... Wing it, you'll find a way. Ask at your hotel, they'll know if anyone does.

There is a ground level Cast Member Parking Lot to the north of the "Sticky & Friends" structure, and once you get into it the plan for the people parked there is get to the stairs on the northeast corner of the M&F structure. Kind of hard to miss.

Then you take the stairs up one flight, and walk over the traffic lanes on the nicely tiled 2nd Level pedestrian walkway at the far east end of the building. Then you can take the Escalator or Elevator or Stairs down to the M&F Tram Loading plaza.

That a big enough clue for you?
