  • [Question] Grand Californian: how big are the room safes?

Just booked a 7 night stay at the Grand Cali. Last time I stayed in Anaheim I was there for two weeks so stayed off property. This time I decided to treat myself.

Question though: What is the size and configuration of the room safes?

Where I stayed last time (Peacock Suites) they had a good sized safe. I could get my netbook in there with plenty of room to spare. A web search has come up with this photo, which I cant make sense of.

It looks like there's only enough room in there for the door.

From my recollection they are indeed not very deep. Be enough for a wallet or your passports (if from outside the US).

Perhaps a cellphone or two but a netbook or laptop? Unfortunately not.

    Hope that helps some.

Glad to be of assistance even if not in a overtly good way.

Enjoy your stay at the hotel. It is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Though I've only stayed in the Vacation Club suites I'd imagine the standard rooms are just as nice.
