      I'm suprised PF Changs isn't on that list. Everything on that menu is a giant sodium bomb.

        Im actually surprised not one Mexican restaurant is on that list, I dont think Mexican food has ONE single healthy option no matter where you go lol

          I don't eat at any of those places, but ACK! Maggiano's Little Italy
          I am supposed to go to a retirement party next week, not looking forward to that.

          Ironically I don't think anything on the Cheesecake Factory menu is healthy, even their so called low cal options are loaded with fat, sodium and calories.

            Luckily the only one of those restaurants that I have ever eaten at would be IHOP, and I don't eat there very often.
