  • Desert Palms Hotel & Suites?

Ok ANOTHER one.... Any thoughts on this place?
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

Stinkerbell stayed there in 2006 and she raved about it.

OT - Thank goodness finally a hotel in Anaheim that I am not familiar with. I was beginning to think that I had slept around in more hotels in Anaheim than many professional women in the area.

NNL - some favorite off site hotel choices of mine in the area include:

Crowne Plaza - most comfy beds that I have stayed in.
Fairfield Inn - Clean rooms, convenient location.
Holiday Inn - Bit further away but rooms were clean and the beds were nice.
Hilton Suites Anaheim/Orange - Nice 2 room area. (pictures and review on MC)
Doubletree Orange - Nice bedding, close to The Block.

Ha Ha thanks both of you!
I'll suggest those to them... I think they're making this more complicated than it needs to be!!

I went to the Desert Palms in Feb. to look around and take pictures. They did not have a room for me to see. But, I did talk to a few ladies staying there who said they stay there often and had no problems at all. They liked it. There's a few pics below.

I stayed there last May and really thought it was nice. Clean. The beds were not Crowne Plaza or even Hampton Quality but it was nice. Great location.

If you can get a better deal here than you can somewhere else (like the Crowne or even the Hampton which I like for the price)... I would highly recommend it. (I worked in the travel industry for 12 years and had to see and critique hotels for a living)
            I'm addicted and I don't care!!! :yea:

              Thanks for all the help!
They're going with the Doubletree Suites!
              Can't wait.

Ahhh.. We're staying in the Hilton Anaheim (on Convention way). Has anyone ever stayed there?

I have to agree with the Crown Plaza raves. It was a really nice hotel and the beds were divine. The pool was large and so was the hottub... plus they had poolside Margarita service!

To live would be an awfully big adventure.

I am staying here in June for the first time. I have seen this hotel and always thought it looked nice. We are staying here because we needed a suite this time. Has anyone stayed here who could tell me how the suites are?
