  • Looking for hotels with free shuttle service

    Hey all-

I was wondering which hotels have free shuttle service to the Disneyland resort? I know the Crown Plaza and Hilton have one, which other hotels are there? I will be traveling with two young children (2 and under), so having a shuttle would be a good thing for us.

The Candy Cane Inn has their own bus that leaves every 1/2 hour. It was very reliable.

VERY few hotels in the Anaheim Resort area offer their own shuttle, and it has to do with the City of Anaheim and the goal of cleaning up the air. By switching to the ART system, which is basically alternative fuels, you get a good savings, and the city requires it if you want a building permit.

The Hilton Anaheim does NOT have its own shuttle, it is part of the ART system.

As far as I know, currently it is the Candy Cane Inn and the Sheraton Anaheim who have their own shuttles (Grandfather clause). FYI, the Sheraton Anaheim is the hotel NORTH of Disneyland, on Ball and Disneyland Drive).

Some Garden Grove hotels use the ART system, the Hyatt and Crowne Plaza in Garden Grove do have their own shuttle (they share, so two stops).

But for the most part, you are walking (the Disney owned hotels, and as some close hotels across the street on Harbor), or taking the ART.

The Days Inn & Suites on Harbor has one, hasn't got the best reviews however.

Yea, I meant the Hyatt. I didn't seem to remember what other hotel we stopped at while we stayed at the Crowne Plaza. Whatever.

I will look into the Candy Cane Inn and the Days Inn. Thanks Barbaraann and 50sjayne!
