  • Robin Williams is in Yesterland.

Yes, sadly Robin Williams died of suicide.

    But he wont be forgotten.

Does anyone remember the creator of Flubber?

Or his award at the Institute?

The Mormons created Flubber. Actually, it was Mormon writer Samuel W. Taylor who invented it in his short story A Situation of Gravity, upon which the original film was based.

Re: Robin Williams is in Yesterland.

Robin Williams had several connections to Disney, some of which were in the theme parks.

Obviously, he was the voice of Genie in Aladdin, and he starred in the movie Flubber.
He also starred with Walter Cronkite in Back to Neverland, an attraction originally at the Disney Studios in Florida, and later cloned at DCA's animation building. Also, he voiced the main character in the Timekeeper 360 degree show at Walt Disney World. These were all brilliant and showcased his amazing talent.

No matter where you go, there you are.

There is a giant photo of Robin on the Journey into Imagination with Figment ride. I saw it last week.
