Does anybody remember...

I have lots of home videos of me at Disneyland as a little kid. I was watching one, and I actually kind of remember it...I must have been about 3 or 4...it was around 1991 or 1992 ish...Im not too sure when it was...BUT, there's a video of some parade. I am dying to find out what it was. The only thing I can say about it, was that there was one part where there was a part where there was like an 80s workout float and the girls were on like tread mills and they were in flash dance esque attire...and I remember that the lyrics were like "Celebrate USA!" and they sang something about living in America...there was another scene with like chickens and cowgirls...I want to know if ANYONE knows what this parade is? It has bugged me for my whole life that I don't know the title...

I'm sorry if I sound really stupid, but I don't know how else to describe it...I don't think its the Blast to the Past parade, but Im not sure...

Disneyland presented the Celebration U.S.A. Parade from June 21 to November 24, 1991. I think that's what you're describing.

I saw the Party Gras Parade in summer 1990 and the World According to Goofy Parade parade in summer 1992, but didn't see the Celebration U.S.A. Parade that was between those two.

The Celebration U.S.A. Parade is not on the Yesterland site. But if somebody has pictures, I'd be interested.

Disneyland used to change their daytime parade every year or two. Each parade had a distinct theme.

In addition to the parades that I already mentioned, does anybody remember the Circus Fantasy Parade, the Totally Minnie Parade, and the Blast to the Past Parade? How about Aladdin's Royal Caravan, the Lion King Celebration, and the Hercules Victory Parade?

Didn't they also have an "Up With People" type group singing a song like "Things Are Looking Up"...I believe during the pre-parade warmup to America On Parade in 75-76?

I TOTALLY remember Aladdin's Royal Caravan, The Hercules Victory Parade, and the Mulan Parade...those were great parades...I luckily got to see the Party Gras Parade for the 35th Anniversary...but I was only 2 in 1990 haha...I don't remember it, but I have a video of me watching it from a stroller! :0)

I still remember the Totally Minnie parade from the late '80s, Party Gras, World According to Goofy, and Aladdin's Royal Caravan.

I TOTALLY remember Aladdin's Royal Caravan, The Hercules Victory Parade, and the Mulan Parade...those were great parades...I luckily got to see the Party Gras Parade for the 35th Anniversary...but I was only 2 in 1990 haha...I don't remember it, but I have a video of me watching it from a stroller! :0)

I loved UP WITH PEOPLE. I had their album and I remember Walt Disney had his photo on the cover , endorsing the album.

I remember Circus Fantasy with the wire walkers over Main Street and Capt. Munoz the flying cannonball over in NOS. In those days ther were alot of cast members working with MUCHO seniority (20 year pins were not uncommon) and they pretty much all hated Circus Fantasy, the general consensus being that a circus embodied everything Walt hated. But then again the a lot of the old timers hated everything that wasn't around when Walt was alive.

I liked Up With People, too...but I'm not sure that was the name of the group I'm thinking of from the BiCentennial celebration...Werner, do you recall? Maybe it was "The Kids of The Kingdom" or something like that...
