Keep in mind that, for the two attractions that you mentioned, the insides of buildings were emptied, but the buildings were reused. Guests did not have access to the interiors during the process, so there would be any photos by guests. And there may not even be any official Disney photos because there's not much reason to photograph the work. In any case, I wouldn't expect Disney to release interior demolition photos.
Too Bad! I'm always interested in that kind of stuff!

Aaaaagh! They took out the Marmots? What is this world coming to?!

Next, they'll heave the last mine train car into the Rivers of America and let it grow barnacles.

I'm glad I got video of the leftovers before they're all buried.

The Panther was removed a couple of years ago but it's ledge is still there and the marmots are no longer popping out as of last week. Thanks for all the info!

    Leftovers from Nature's Wonderland:

The dinosaur bones are now in Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, as are the coyote, goat and turtles.

The fish in Bear Creek are still jumping, usually.
That's all that comes to mind...

Just a guess... The Country Bears are still doing shows in Florida and Tokyo, so it would make sense to keep the Disneyland bears as backups/replacements. If so, the bears could be stored on Florida, Tokyo, Imagineering in Glendale, or anywhere else where Disney has storage space.
