  • [Question] What's "Glacier Peak"?

I've been hearing of a "Glacier Peak" project hover all around the forum and I wonder....

    What is it?

I suspect it's either a Mountain attraction in the vein as Everest or a Asian twin of Blizzard Beach....

If you know please comment and explain, because this is really got me POed!
Don't think of a gun as a weapon.
Think of it as a third arm that magically
    shoots bullets!

there are several versions of the "Glacier Peak" being mentioned here in Hong Kong by local media. Since there is no official description of the attraction, we don't know exactly what it is.

The following is a description by local Newspaper "Sun Daily News":

    Translation:
After the addition of 3 New "Lands" to HKDL, there are still 7 hectares of land set aside for the construction of recreational facilities, and we expect a few more themed Lands to be built. Walt Disney originally intended to build a world's unique attraction under the current expansion plan, "Glacier Peak ", with snow and ice tower, an indoor real snow and roller coaster as an attraction, but the Government worried that it might compete and duplicate a similar new attraction with Hong Kong Ocean Park "Polar Adventure", ultimately "Glacier Peak" was being rejected, and replaced by a much criticized "Toy Story Land". It is understood that Disney has not given up "Glacier Peak".

Another version of "Glacier Peak", it might look like matterhorn, with a train passing through an interior with blowing snow.

3rd version of "Glacier Peak", an icy and snowy mountain exterior, a U-shape coaster (as seen in Toy Story Land) with blowing snow in the interior.

all indoors in a climate conrtolled building, you would take a train to get inside there. there would also be a skiing themed half pipe coaster like in tsl
