Disney's Hollywood Hotel to represent Hong Kong in global culinary competition

An award-winning team of chefs and frontline service Cast from Hong Kong Disneyland's Hollywood Hotel is gearing up for the Global Pacific regional final of the Black Box Culinary Challenge to take place in Dubai in 2008, in which it will represent Hong Kong to compete with 26 countries.
