There are 33 complaints filed with the TELA (Television and Entertainment Licensing Authority of Hong Kong) against the Recent Haunted Halloween 2007, Dark World TV Commercial of HKDL.
There are also 24 complaints filed with TELA (Television and Entertainment Licensing Authority of Hong Kong) against the recent Halloween Bash 2007 TV Commercial of Hong Kong Ocean Park .
TV Viewers complained about that there were no warning message on the TV Commercial and they also complained that those TV Commercial are too scary and might frighten children.
Spokeman for both theme parks said they haven't yet received any complaints about their TV Commercial.

迪士尼嚇鬼廣告遭投訴
【本報訊】為配合萬聖節，香港迪士尼今日至下月底推出「迪士尼黑色世界」，其中最出位的節目，是由荷里活製 作班底及以尖端科技製作的「大街詭異酒店」、 「驚心動魄太空山」及「夜光鬼魅巡遊」。迪士尼並推出應節的電視廣告「詭異酒店」，其中一幕女童頭部作一百 八十度旋轉，類似電影《驅魔人》場景，影視及娛 樂事務處接獲三十三宗投訴，而海洋公園「講得鬼多終遇鬼」廣告投訴亦增至二十四宗。
迪士尼萬聖節電視廣告近日播放，內容為兩名少年欺騙一名少女進入 「詭異酒店」，屋內鋼琴會自動彈奏、睡床及浴缸激烈晃動、水龍頭自動開啟等，少女被異狀嚇得不斷猛然回頭察 看，最終逃出酒店時，卻輪到少年被嚇呆，原來少 女頭部作了一百八十度旋轉。至於海洋公園被投訴的廣告，內容講述主角說話時加入「鬼」字，如「鬼叫我生你出 箧」等，最終真有鬼出現。兩樂園發言人均表示未 有接獲有關廣告的投訴。
廣播事務管理局發言人表示，影視處接獲三十三宗有關迪士尼萬聖節電視廣告的投訴，同時接獲二十四宗有關海洋 公園電視廣告投訴，投訴內容均涉及內容恐怖、令人不安、嚇倒兒童及沒有警告等。
