Imagi International is headquartered in Hong Kong, it is the Animation Studios behind TMNT and soon to be released GATCHAMAN (in 2009) and ASTRO BOY (in 2009)...

How about setting up IMAGILand on Lantau Island if Disney is not that interested in expanding in Hong Kong.
