Frederick Ma invites Pixar Animation Studios to setup branch office in Hong Kong

Frederick Ma, Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development told reporters that he has invited Pixar Animation Studios to set up branch office or subsidiary in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is developing into a base for Creative Industry.
Imagi (HK) who produced TMNT (distributed by Warner Bros) is now working on Several new animation including AstroBoy and Gatchaman.


“The secret of the Magic Gourd”, a co-production from Centro Digital Pictures (HK) and Walt Disney Pictures was released earlier this year.
