A local travel company called "D Land Travel" was accused of violating the Mouse Logo trademark Design and being sued by The Walt Disney Company and 2 other Disney associated Companies for copyright infringement and compensation.
The owner of "D Land Travel" defended at court that D stands for Daisy (his cat) and Land Stands for his dog, and there was a disclaimer on his website stating that his company is not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company. The full name would be Daisy Land and Not Disneyland. His company was accused of adopting the Mouse Logo on the website with hyperlink to official website of Hong Kong Disneyland.
