Yes, Gate 2/ Phase2 of Hong Kong Disneyland!!!

Sorry for the click bait, no announcement of building Gate 2 yet. But I am very excited to have found some old info about Gate 2.
I have always wondered how Gate 2/Phase 2 looked like when Disney presented it to the HK government in the very very beginning.
I managed to dig something up, an original concept art where you can see this Gate 2 park at night during fireworks.

Gate 2 looks like a park with a lot of water, a bit similar to Tokyo Sea.
I went further researching it and matching up the strange layout of this park with what I can find on the internet and I found the concept of this original gate 2 for HKDL to be very similar to Walt Disney's very first envisioned park called "Disney Studio" for Burbank which was later changed to what Anaheim is today.

They never got a chance to build the very first Disney park concept in the US, they probably wanted to realize this in Hong Kong to complete Walt's imagineering dream?
Of course everything will need to be redesigned, but maybe there is a tiny bit of chance that they will use the same park layout for this future Gate 2 park as some sort of tribute to Walt Disney?
