Should the icon of the new park be Beauty and the BEast themed. Possibly being the entrance to a dark ride?

I've had the craziest ideas for a Beast's castle! Man I wish that could come to fruition! As for DLP have Beast's castle, that is false. You may be confused because the french name, has the word Belle, which actually mean beauty in french. But know WDI's recent trends, it's probably going to be a clone of our castle just like HKDL, which was such a disappointment to me.

I love this idea, I really hope the don't copy the Paris one, I love our castle^^
(stil disagree with them cloning DL and Florida castle for HKDL and TDL)

^I can't see them cloning Le Chateau. It was bespoke for the park for a reason. They don't have the same "real medieval castle just down the street" issues in China.
I love the notion of Beast's Castle being the centrepiece but riding on the coat tails (or should that be ponytail?) of Rapunzel seems the way to go for me.sigpic

NopeDisneyland's closed for all of 2011. See you in 2012. Snow White is now a water ride, Matterhorn has a fullsize basketball court where the Clippers have relocated to, and King Arthur's Carousel is suspended 250ft. in the air.

What happened to the old Disney movie opening? The new ones just too long and not classic.

ORDDU: I shouldn't think they'd want to duplicate an Asian palace, like the one in Mulan, for the same reason Disneyland Paris had to come up with a castle unlike anything one might already find in France. China would want something more unique and much less common. A fairytale castle is what's needed there.

But that isn't what they did...
They used Sleeping Beauty in France BECAUSE Sleeping Beauty is French. It should follow to use their ONLY Chinese story. This would give the Chinese people some ownership as well as a chance to see something they might not otherwise get to. After all, China is a BIG place...
