Very easy to do. Get your postcards at Il Postino or House of Greetings... Tell the cashier you need international postage to whatever country you are sending. You can buy the postcard and the postage together. Make sure you go to the little desk in the store where you can punch your postcard with an original TDR stamp... write in the message, apply the postage, and drop it in any of the mail boxes in the park. Voila!

I noticed that you have Duffy as your picture/avatar. Not sure if they still have them on sale, but they had some really cool Duffy stamps you could buy at Aunt Pegs (where all the Duffy stuff is at TDS) in March. You had to buy the whole pane, I think 20 stamps in total, but it was a nice souvenir.

Apparently, he's still popular. I noticed that they even sell cute little outfits for him, and the latest one is the new Space Mountain costume. It's very cute. Here, look...
After the intro, click on the "25" Mickey baloon, or the "25" bar on the bottom, and then on the camera icon.

It sucks in Japan he has an actual name, Duffy, and at WDW he's just called "Disney Bear". Boooooring!

In japan, he is also a very popular walk-around rubberhead. At WDW... nothing!

Also, his story at TDS looks cuter than the one they made up for him at WDW & DL. It's more area specific and has more charm than the more generic US version.
