[Question] more stuff on weekends at TDL/TDS?

i need advice from people who go to TDL & TDS often....people like TDLFAN, DuffyDad, Ichigopara & JoeInJpn (the people who's posts i read the most)...or anyone willing to help out.

i'm trying to plan which days i will be spending at the parks, and despite this being my 5 visit, i can't remember if there are "extra things" shown on weekends. things like fireworks, shows or parades.

i do remember the parks being much busier on the weekends, so if i miss nothing by going on the weekdays, then that is GREAT. but if there is stuff i may miss out on, i'll have to do at least one day on a weekend.

any & all help is greatly appreciated!!

There are no extra events or anything...although I wonder if they do more of the "atmosphere shows" like the "magic Custodian" or "Geological? Environmental? Techical? Advisor (GETA^^)" when it's so crowded?

Today, TDS was full to capacity at about two hours after opening. Even though I paid ￥75,000 for my AP, I couldn't go in because it's a 2-Park pass.:shy: My ￥2 is AVOID THE WEEKENDS!!! Although, it might be a good chance to see the full queue for Tower of Terror; I can only assume it was open today.:blush:

Black Cat.. OLC runs TDR on a full time schedule. Every day is a FULL DAY of activities and the reason why TDR parks are the best value. Unlike DL and WDW, where entertainment and rides may be scheduled for down time in the weekdays.. TDR parks run a full schedule of things daily. Some of the small shows may be down two days out of 7 for their regular free time off.. but other than that, it really does not matter what day of the week you go, you will experience a lot.
I think its sad that the WDC has conditioned us to expect less on weekend as opposed to weekends... but thankfully, OLC runs their parks full speed ahead, DAILY!

Yes, TDLFAN, i have been conditioned by DLR in anaheim to expect more on weekends - lol. a bit mean that they do that, but the ticket price is the same (although i have an annual pass, so it didn't matter to me).

so i guess i will be visiting the park on week days then! hooray!!
