I knew that Westernland stands in place of Frontierland. Like a dummy, I went ahead and put both anyway.

I'm going to ask a mod to remove Frontierland. As per your indicated request, I'll ask that Toontown replace that option.

I never thought about it but I guess we spend the most time in American Waterfront because it has a really good balance of things going on or Medditerranean Harbor then Mermaid Lagoon. At Disneyland we usually do attractions in Adventureland and Fantasyland I think but spend the most time on the parade route when the seasonal parades are done or go for the castle show.

Mysterious Island gets my vote--wonderful atmosphere, two great rides, two great restaurants (nothing like having beer and gyoza while sitting next to the Nautilus!) and even a gift shop. I could spend half a day there. And that's without waiting 30 minutes for the Gyoza Dog!

I never thought about it but I guess we spend the most time in American Waterfront because it has a really good balance of things going on or Medditerranean Harbor then Mermaid Lagoon. At Disneyland we usually do attractions in Adventureland and Fantasyland I think but spend the most time on the parade route when the seasonal parades are done or go for the castle show.

Awesome quality themed restaurants, a first class show, and a completely different version of Tower of Terror. The Waterfront rocks!

Although I haven't experienced Journey To the Center of the Earth, I think that I would enjoy riding that ride a couple dozen times in a row.

I went with American water front because it was a good resting spot. Its quite over there, nice things to look at, its a great place to relax while moving through the different ports.

We have a limit of 10 poll options. One of my primary objectives is to guage how popular the individual lands at Disneyland are compared with those of DisneySea. Including Toontown instead of Fantasyland is the one significant flaw that exists.

I plan to do this poll again as the park expands in terms of attractions. Next time, I will include Fantasyland. Other than this, I hope you are enjoying viewing the poll results as am I, tasman.

I always love polls, Ride Warrior, and this is a good one. Besides Toontown over Fantasyland, I think the more significant flaw in its design, though, is "American Waterfront or Other." If the purpose of the poll is to gauge Land/Port popularity at a glance, this renders the results unreliable. We can't know if everyone (or anyone) who selects that option is actually choosing American Waterfront, or perhaps Fantasyland, or even Mermaid Lagoon. I think a better solution to the ten option limit might be doing a Disneyland poll, then a DisneySEA poll, and then taking the top five from each for a tournament-style run-off. I voted, though, and I meant my vote to count for American Waterfront: home of McDuck's, Harrison Hightower, Shiriki Utundu, SS Columbia, and Duffy. I'd've voted for Mediterranean Harbor, too, though, if it was an option. And Fortress Explorations. Actually, I think I'm feeling inspired. I'll put up the tournament polls.^^

Thanx for the suggestion, DuffyDad. I already set up tournament threads for each of th WDW parks, yesterday. should have thought to do the same thing for Tokyo Disneyland Resort. I think that I will now, and I would like you to join me.

So hard to pick from all of the great places at TDS. To me, Tokyo Disneyland felt like WDW circa 1984, just with more open space, so it's hard to get very excited about any of it's lands, but TDS... wow... there is just so much to love about that place. Our last day, we went to the bakery in TDL and bought a bunch of pasteries, then went to TDS, and sat and ate one in each of the lands, just to soak them in one more time.

I love Mysterious Island's theming and entertainment offerings. The American Waterfront is amazing, with it's depth and layers of theming, making it look absolutely HUGE. Port Discovery is so kinetic, and a great place to go at night. It also has so many amazing "decorations", like the futuristic boats and the leaky wall. For me, however, the place I think gets short changed more than any, because it's not really part of any specific land, is Fortress Explorations. I just loved sitting in the middle of the courtyard, just outside Magellan's, and feeling like I had been transported back to medieval times.

Of course, the other lands are great too, and all are completely enveloping. My least favorite was probably Arabian Coast... not because it was less themed than any other, but mostly because it's entertainment offerings just don't stack up when compared to the other lands.
