These videos should be of special interest for those of you who have not seen TDR specific rides or shows (Hunny Hunt, Castle Mystery Tour, Tiki's Get the Fever..etc) , or WDW... here is your chance to see what Mickey Mouse revue was like...

Just click on the dark box next to the ride you want to see. Note that no actual music from the ride is heard, and also note it may take several seconds for the videos to download before they automatically play...

    ENJOY!!!

Gondolas that travel under a bridge and carry couples around the canal? Do they have a special wedding boat at TDS? Because that attraction kind of feels familiar.

I couldn't get the StormChaser video to load, and I tried Quicktime too. Oh well. The Electric Railway video is awesome, nice views.

Yes they do offer wedding specials I believe, go the the Hotel Miracosta site and search the wedding options and you'll see.

The corner closest to Port Discovery?? That would be "Mystic Rhythms", which is one of TDS nicest live shows.. very Cirque in style... see this:

Thanks for the links, TDLFAN! Great clips, neat to see more professional footage of these rides.

What's the show about, TDLFAN? It looks nicely conceived and very theatrical.

I saw a short video clip, but now I can't find it.

The show is all music and dance with lots of acrobatics in a very fantasy-like rainforrest setting. The performers dance on the stage...fly thru the air, and dive in and out of water and even appear to hover in front of a water fall... It's all very pretty and surreal. In the meantime.. there are times of stress in this jungle...with fire effects all over the stage, and then a watery finale when it pours all over the stage and performers... The show ends with a big blinding cloud of smoke that covers the entire seating area. Quite a stunning show IMHO..

Well I'm not TDLFAN, he explained most of it, but it's about (plot) the four spirits of the jungle so the show has four parts to it you know fire, water, etc. Then they combine for that finale he mentioned. A butterfly, flys around the jungle throughout the hole thing. The finale was also changed a little while ago it's much more dramatic now with all that smoke.

I believe that Mystic Rhythms has always had smoke at the finale.

Not the big smoke, but they used smoke in between the acts in certain places and the order was changed a little and there were changes here and there throughout the show, small I think. I was thinking that the butterfly flying away was a change as well but maybe I'm remembering wrong, but I'm positive that the show was changed a little bit.

Yes, all the shows have been tinkered with since they premiered over four years ago. It started with the daytime harbor show, then the Broadway show was shortened. The Dockside show changed some choreography as well as Donald's show.
