  • [Pictures] TDR Blog Releases Rare Photos!

The Japanese TDR Blog has released some rare night time aerial photos of the Resort.

The reason I say rare is that aerial photos typically show too much of the backstage areas that Disney(and in this case OLC) try to hide from their Guests. I can't remember ever seeing aerial photos like these of TDR except for Google.

Since these photos were taken at night time, the backstage areas are not obvious and the beauty of the design and lighting shines through.

With Google Earth enabling anyone to see overhead shots of the resorts, it really doesn't make sense for OLC to behave as if no one has access to photographs like that.

Google earth is not the same as Disney/OLC releasing pictures. And Google sure as heck isn't artistic.

You don't have to appreciate it. I was just sharing. Sheesh!

That's really nice to get those low angle shots looking across instead of mostly down. Also the evening light so you can see lots of detail but also all the lighting.

Those are really pretty evening shots! It's nice to see side shots like that instead of satellite overhead views. I especially love all of the night lighting.
