  • [Question] Meet The World

So I am trying to find out more about Meet The World, and I saw Martin's video on Epcot's Japan Pavilion. The video featured Richard & Robert Singing "Meet The World". Unfortunately, the recording faded out about halfway through. I have searched the internet endlessly and am unable to find any english recordings of this beautiful song. Does anyone know where I can view/hear/download this song in full.

    Martin's video link -
song starts at 10:38 and ends at 12:07

    Thank You

Great attraction and music. I was there for the final showing many years ago. Both versions of the soundtrack (Japanese and English) are floating around out there online. Good luck.

The entire show used to be up on YouTube. Should still be there. It was not a successful concept and jumped conveniently from the early 1900s to the 1960s. I saw it several times when it was running: they had headphones in the back row of the theater with an English soundtrack. Unlike its counterpart The Carousel of Progress, in Meet the World only the center of the theater rotated. The mascot character, a stork, appeared as animation on a scrim interacting with human AA figures, which didn't work very well.

      Here's the YouTube Video:

Sorry to nitpick Fukai. The mascot character is a tsuru, or crane, in English.

Sorry, you are right: of course it's a crane. Duh.
