Does Tokyo Disneyland still use the Roger Rabbit walkaround in it's shows and parades?

Re: A TDL Roger Rabbit Question
And the Tokyo "Roger" attraction is identical, and I mean *IDENITCAL* to it's Anaheim counterpart. It's literally impossible to tell the difference between the two (the signage in Tokyo is even all in english). The only difference that *IS* noticeable is that every effect is working (not always at Disneyland) and the cabs don't have the annoying side doors (which lower capacity at Disneyland) or the theme-destroying taxi 'skirts', which were, unfortunately, added after that poor little boy was almost killed while being passed from the front seat of the ride to the back (while the ride was moving). His lousy guardians (who should have had the child taken away from them) accidentally dropped him onto the track and he was crushed by the vehicle in the Disneyland, Anahiem version. When the ride reopened, it had the very unattractive 'skirts'. Tokyo's is the original, pre-accident version.
