We are now trying to decide when to visit Tokyo Disneyland and Hong Kong Disneyland. Because of school schedules, Christmas, Easter break, and mid-June to late-August are our windows of opportunity. We have a slight preference to doing it between Christmas and New Year's because then we could say we've been to all 11 parks in one year.
Ideally, we'd like to go when Japanese kids are in school, because we've read about those long, long lines during peak days. The plan is to spend a day hanging around each of the two parks, and spend the rest of the time exploring Tokyo. We also can't decide whether to hit Hong Kong on the same trip. It's not like it's just around the corner. On the other hand, going back to HKDL would be quite a long trip, much longer than a detour south from Tokyo. Any suggestions?
