  • Meet the World?

So after finding a great video with english subs of Meet the World I really want to know a bit more about the building. From everything I have seen you would sit and the stages would move around you but everything else was much like CoP as far as the set up? Also what has happened to the bulding since 2002 when they closed the attraction?

After it closed in 2002, the building served as a guest-services area I believe. The old building was demolished in 2006 to make space for the new Monsters, Inc. attraction opening in 2009.

Just the opposite of Carrousel of Progress. The set stages were fixed and the audience floor moved counterclockwise. I made a diagram of the floor setup. I'll have to find it somewhere.

The building was never use for guest services, but rather, became the Castle audience lottery distribution center until it closed and demolished.

Oops, I knew that too. Thanks almandot.

I wanted to say that in CoP the audiences were looking inward towards the set stages, while in MTW the audience is looking outward away from the "center" of rotation.

Does anyone know where I can find some music from the ride? I've searched all-over online, and since I saw the vid, the theme "We Meet the World with Love" is stuck in my head....Gotta love those Sherman Brother's 80's trumpet-infused Songs! ...I know I Do! haha
