Back from Tokyo! I'll be sure to update soon with a trip report, but first, a question...

Where in the world can I find a decent recording of "Compass of Your Heart" from Sindbad's Storybook Voyage? It's still in my head! I must have it, and I couldn't believe it wasn't on any of the TDR CDs.

I found an old post here in which someone said he had posted a binaural recording on MouseBits, but found nothing when I looked there. If anyone still has that recording, I'd love to hear it. I'd even love a ride recording, though I did go through the ride with my video camera and can make one myself from that, I'm sure.

Also, does anyone know where I might find Alan Menken's original English lyrics?

I've searched all over for these things, but to no avail. If anyone else has had better luck, please let me know.

Thanks for any help you can offer. I'll post a trip report as soon as I finish one!

I've only found crappy YouTube recordings and I've never been able to find an English translation of the lyrics. Good luck on your efforts though.

Far as I know no such available recordings have been made but its only a matter of time.Judging from the fact you can't get the song out of your head I will say it must have the same standard to it as such other Disney classic songs like Yo Ho Yo Ho A Pirates Life For Me and Its A Small World.By the way the best way to hear the song is over at http://www.jtcent.com on Joe's ride through video of the attraction.

By the way can't wait to read your trip report

I personally do not care for the song, but the ride looks FAB!

Folks, just wait until the next "Tokyo DisneySea Music Album" comes out next year. It's sure to include music from "Raging Spirits", "Tower of Terror" and "Sindbad's Storybook Voyages."

I believe Chandu merchandise might be available by Christmas time or early next year.

Thanks. The queue has always been so short for me that I never had a chance to slowly take in the details.

Actually, I've always used the normal standby line.

Sinbad has Fastpass? I've never even noticed. Even on a weekend the line was about 5 minutes long by 7pm, about 20 minutes throughout the day. A fastpass would probably be more valuable on ToT or Journey.
