Booking a room at DisneySea Hotel Miracosta (HELP!)

We are traveling to Japan this summer and are going to try to book a terrace room at the Hotel Miracosta. We have been trying trial runs to book the room for the past few weeks and have had no luck with a room ever showing available. Does anyone have any tips or tricks? Please help, the Miracosta would be a dream come true!!
