does anyone know of websites people buy the 35th anniversary cosplays in japan? i found some videos in halloween time that some people actually have the 35th anniversary cosplays, especially the 35th parade costumes.

As far as I know, these guests commission taylors and seamstresses to replicate the actual costumes from the park, using photos and such. There are no businesses selling park costumes replicas per se. I assume these guests pay a lot of money to have park costumes replicated by non Disney related businesses. Best answer I can give you.
