I'm not going to Tokyo for a long time but I am planning ahead and I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it to get a vacation package at a Disney hotel. Basically, I'll have 6 nights in Tokyo and it appears the maximum amount of nights is 5, so I'm thinking of booking a vacation package for 1 night/2 days. But I can't view any room rates or vacation package rates right now even for just the next few months (I'm assuming because of COVID-19)? Can someone tell me how much more expensive it is to get the vacation package for 1 night than if I bought room and tickets separately? It sounds like the Fastpasses and park hoppers might be worth it. I don't care about the shows.

It was announced today that Tokyo Disneyland/Sea will be officially be re-opening next week (1st of July). So it would be best if you keep on checking their website for vacation packages because new rules/ticket pricing plans are going to be enforced due to Covid19.
If you are only going to visit TDR for 2 days (1 day each at each park) and will not be revisiting the resort for a while, it might be worth forking out the extra cash to obtain extra fastpassess/benefits that come with the vacation package. However if you are planning on visiting the resort for a longer period I would use the price difference from the vacation package to book a nice hotel room at the Miracosta or another onsite official hotel and stay offsite official hotel, Tokyo Disney Celebration Hotel (https://www.tokyodisneyresort.jp/en/hotel/dch.html) for the benefit of early entry.
