Honey Popcorn

Hey all! I've been to TDL 3 times and I would get the honey popcorn several times throughout the day. My wife and I were discussing how we obviously weren't going to get back there any time soon and we've been CRAVING it.
Does anyone here know the secret? Is it a seasoning? How can I get my hands on some of this magical powder?

Even though I was unable to find an official recipe released by OLC, I found this youtube video that comes with English subtitles ( https://youtu.be/6zswU0AdH0Y ) that claims to be able to reproduce honey popcorn sold at TDL.
