  • [Question] Accommodation on a Budget

    Hello,
My boyfriend and I will be travelling to Japan early next year and we are hoping to spend 3 days at Disneyland and Disney Sea. I have been to Tokyo Disneyland before and we stayed at the Mira Costa and it was fantastic. I know that there are many benefits to staying at a Disneyland Hotel or an "Official Resort Hotel" such as guaranteed entry on restricted days and easy transport to the parks however I am unsure if the higher prices would be worth these benefits. The predicted dates we would be staying is approximately the 6th, 7th and 8th of January.

Would there be a high chance that we would not be able to gain access to the parks for these three days?

My partner and I are travelling on a budget but we would make an effort to save for one of these official hotels if it is recommended.

Any tips for places to stay would be greatly appreciated, both official and unofficial.

    Thank you

    Chloe

    Re: Accommodation on a Budget

I have found the prices too high to stay onsite, but also I was not able to plan as far in advance. Planning in advance means lower prices. Still, I wouldn't stay there to see the rest of Tokyo, and moving hotels can be a pain.

Crowds after the first weekend in January should be very low.
