I have a question for those of you who have stayed at the Miracosta or another TDR hotel- do you get a direct email confirmation or otherwise have a way to confirm your stay? I booked through the Citibank concierge to get a promotional discount, but I can't find any way to confirm the booking online. Are the TDR hotels set up to allow online management or is it a little more low-tech?

And if the booking can't be managed online, is there a good way to communicate that doesn't involve long-distance calling to Tokyo?
