  • [Question] Renting Scooters at WDW

I am planning to visit WDW in a year and my mother would like to come along but she needs a scooter. I couldn't find any previous threads about this so does any one know if she can rent one scooter and use it at all the different parks or would she need to rent a different one at each park?
Taking contributions to get me back to Disneyland!

She can rent one and it will be delivered to her motel to be there when she arrives. she can take it to any park she wants and there busses etc acomadate them.
or she can ride the rented ones in the parks. if I were you I would rent her one from out side the park. be right back and find you the cool one that just came out!

yeah, you should definately rent one from outside the park. We went right after Katrina and my father had a broken foot and could not walk. We got there at least 30 mins before park opening everyday....and they were ALWAYS out of scooters. My father hated having to use a wheelchair and have us push him. When we would go back in the afternoon and they did have them....they were charging and couldn't be rented. Pain in the butt.

I always suggest getting a scooter from one of the outside companies such as Walker Rental, etc. Even if you get to the park early and manage to get one, should you park hop later in the day there is no guarantee you will get one in the next park. You cannot take them from park to park. Much better off having your own....
