        Re: Kona Cafe Question

I ended up getting breakfast reservations for 9:40 the day I leave. I got a month & a half to decide if I want the macadamia pineapple pancakes or the Tonga toast. I definitely want some Kona coffee!

I'm having dinner there the night I arrive too (my special WDW birthday meal I treat myself to every year... I pick a different restaurant every year and this year is Kona Cafe).

Staying at the Poly? I wish! I'd need at least 10 pay raises before I could afford to stay there. I'm staying at Pop Century for 2 nights.

I vote tonga toast for every morning you are at WDW. Buy 2 - Fedex me one order everyday. Thank you in advance

According to the info I found, yes they do. In the restaurant you can have a French-press pot of 100% Kona coffee for $7.49 or a cup of Kona blend (50% Kona and the rest is a Columbian/Brazilian blend from what I heard) for $2-something. You can also buy a pound of 100% Kona coffee for $40 or a pound of Kona blend for around $15.

The only coffee I drink for the most part is Starbucks (though a coworker brewed a pot of yummy Godiva coffee a couple weeks ago). I like it iced or hot, but I only like flavored coffee and I heard Kona tastes like a flavored coffee so I'm curious to try it.

Chandu is too big to take to WDW. But I think Snacks the bear is going to be my companion for my birthday WDW trip in August.

Not a huge Kona fan myself but its OK, which means its light years better than most coffee at the World
