I don't think it is enough like HM for Disney to be sueing. I have seen a couple of halloween villiages that have the same type of organist.
A couple of years ago for halloween Target had a "Jack Sparrow" pirate (with eyes that would bug out). It wasn't Disney.Comment

Sam's has a company that produces a big balloon like this every year and it's different each year. I believe they do one for x-mas as well. I have a really nice one. I might have to pick this one up as well. Does anyone know the price?Comment
