  • [Question] Regarding booked vacation packages

Ok, so I've already booked our trip for December and I got a package with the 11 days of Pop Century, with 10 day tickets and the dining plus. So my question is this, what do they send you before your trip and how early do they send it?

By this I mean do they send you any kind of reading material, brochures or anything like that? Thanks for any input.

    Re: Regarding booked vacation packages

I went last December and I booked through AAA. About a month before my departure date they sent me a package, mostly vouchers for hotel, flight, freebie vouchers(Mini golf, planet hollywood, etc.). I also received the Disney's Magical Express info and luggage tags. That was about it.

Same deal with us on our last trip back in 2007. Didn't book through AAA, so I'm assuming this is just SOP for Disney.

So do you pick up your tickets at the resort or dod they send them to you before hand?

I have a trip in June and just received a basic overview brochure in the mail last week, but that's it. Then a couple of weeks before the trip they send out your plane tickets and luggage tags. You get your park tickets when you check in at the hotel.
          A signature should go here.

If you mean park tickets, you'll get those at the resort...only they're not 'tickets', they're really plastic credit card sized things, one for each person, with a magnetic stripe on the back. They are used to enter your room, enter the parks and charge things to your room. I think they call them, "keys to the kingdom".
